Ingredients for - Beet and Pea Salad

1. Beets, drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
2. Frozen petite peas - 1 pound
3. Finely chopped red onion - ½ cup
4. Vegan mayonnaise (such as Vegenaise®) - 1 cup
5. Onion Powder - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Beet and Pea Salad

1. Stage

Dice or julienne pickled beets. Toss with peas and onion in a bowl.

2. Stage

Combine vegan mayonnaise and onion powder in a separate bowl. Stir into beet mixture.

3. Stage

Chill to let flavors blend, about 1 hour. Serve.
