1. Beets, drained 1 (15 ounce) can
2. Frozen petite peas 1 pound
3. Finely chopped red onion ½ cup
4. Vegan mayonnaise (such as Vegenaise®) 1 cup
5. Onion Powder 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Beet and Pea Salad

1 . Stage

Dice or julienne pickled beets. Toss with peas and onion in a bowl.

2 . Stage

Combine vegan mayonnaise and onion powder in a separate bowl. Stir into beet mixture.

3 . Stage

Chill to let flavors blend, about 1 hour. Serve.
