Ingredients for - Ben's Buffalo Chicken Tenders

1. Vegetable oil for frying, or as needed - 2 cups
2. Milk - ½ cup
3. Hot sauce (such as Frank's® RedHot®) - ¼ cup
4. Egg - 1 large
5. All-purpose flour - 1 cup
6. Bread crumbs - 1 cup
7. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 cup
8. Boneless, skinless chicken tenders - 1 (16 ounce) package

How to cook deliciously - Ben's Buffalo Chicken Tenders

1. Stage

Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Stage

Combine milk, hot sauce, and egg in a small bowl. Combine flour, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper in a second bowl.

3. Stage

Dredge chicken tenders in egg mixture, then in flour mixture.

4. Stage

Fry in the hot oil until breading is crispy and chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 6 to 7 minutes. Pat dry on paper towels and let cool for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
