8. Crushed pineapple, drained - 1 cup
9. All-purpose flour - 3 cups
10. Ground cinnamon - 4 teaspoons
11. Baking soda - 1 ½ teaspoons
12. Salt - 1 teaspoon
13. Chopped walnuts - 1 cup

1. Stage

Combine grated carrots and brown sugar in a medium bowl. Let sit for 1 hour, then stir in raisins.
