Ingredients for - Brie Chicken

1. 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil -
2. 1 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts -
3. 1 tsp. dried oregano -
4. Kosher salt -
5. Freshly ground black pepper -
6. 6 sprigs thyme -
7. 2 tbsp. butter -
8. 4 shallots, thinly sliced -
9. 3 cloves garlic, minced -
10. 1/2 c. low-sodium chicken broth -
11. 1 lemon, sliced into thin rounds -
12. 1 (4 oz.) wheel of brie, sliced -
13. Freshly chopped parsley, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Brie Chicken

1. Stage

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Season chicken all over with oregano, salt, and pepper. Add to skillet and cook until seared and golden on both sides, about 6 minutes.

2. Stage

Remove chicken from skillet and transfer to a plate. Melt butter in skillet, then add thyme, shallots, and garlic. Cook, stirring often, until shallots begin to soften, about 2 minutes. Add chicken broth and lemon slices and bring mixture to a boil. 

3. Stage

Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
