2. Bacon, or more to taste, thinly sliced - 6 slices
3. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch
4. Reduced balsamic vinegar, divided - ⅔ cup

How to cook deliciously - Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Balsamic

1. Stage

Combine Brussels sprouts and bacon in a cast iron skillet; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until Brussels sprouts start to brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Drizzle 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar on top.

2. Stage

Transfer Brussels sprouts and bacon to a serving platter; drizzle remaining balsamic vinegar on top.
