3. Cucumber, peeled and diced - ½
4. Tomato, diced - 1
5. Celery stalk, diced - 1
6. Onion, diced - ¼
7. Chopped green onion - ¼ cup
8. Low-fat mayonnaise - ¾ cup
9. Prepared yellow mustard - 1 tablespoon
10. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 tablespoon
