Ingredients for - Baked Delicata Squash with Lime Butter

1. Delicata squash, halved and seeded - 2
2. Butter, softened - 3 tablespoons
3. Fresh lime juice - 1 tablespoon
4. Chili powder, or to taste - 1 teaspoon
5. Lime zest (Optional) - ½ teaspoon
6. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Baked Delicata Squash with Lime Butter

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place squash, skin-side up, into a large baking dish. Fill the dish with 1/4 inch water.

Bake in the preheated oven until squash pierces easily with a fork, about 30 minutes.

When the squash is almost finished, blend butter with lime juice and chili powder in a small bowl. Mix in lime zest, salt, and pepper.
