Ingredients for - Caprese Salad with Burrata

1. Vine-ripened tomatoes - 4 medium
2. Burrata cheese - 16 ounces
3. Basil, leaves picked from stems - 1 bunch
4. Extra-virgin olive oil - ½ cup
5. Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste - ½ cup
6. Balsamic glaze, or to taste - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Caprese Salad with Burrata

1. Stage

Slice each tomato into 3 or 4 thick slices. Place on a serving tray or platter.

2. Stage

Pull Burrata cheese apart into pieces and place on top of tomatoes. Add basil leaves, then drizzle with olive oil. Season generously with salt and pepper and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
