1. Extra-virgin olive oil - ¼ cup
2. Lime, zested and juiced - ½
3. Garlic, minced, or more to taste - 2 cloves
4. Ground cumin - ½ teaspoon
5. Red pepper flakes, or more to taste - ¼ teaspoon
6. Ground chipotle pepper - ¼ teaspoon
7. Beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes - 1 ½ pounds
8. Red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch cubes - 1
9. Green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch cubes - 1
10. Onion, cut into 1-inch cubes - ½
11. Skewers - ½

How to cook deliciously - Fajitas On A Stick

1. Stage

Whisk olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, cumin, red pepper flakes, and chipotle pepper together in a large glass or ceramic bowl. Add sirloin and toss to evenly coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator, 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.

Remove sirloin from marinade and discard marinade. Thread sirloin, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
