Ingredients for - Chai Tea Concentrate

1. Water - 4 cups
2. Whole cloves - 15
3. Cinnamon sticks - 3
4. Unpeeled fresh ginger - 8 (1/4 inch thick) slices
5. Cardamom pods, split - 15
6. Whole black peppercorns - 15
7. Black tea bags - 10
8. Brown sugar - ⅓ cup
9. Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Chai Tea Concentrate

1. Stage

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan; add cloves and boil for 1 minute. Add cinnamon sticks, ginger, cardamom pods, peppercorns, and tea. Allow tea to steep for 6 minutes; strain into a container. Stir brown sugar and vanilla extract into tea and refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour.
