Ingredients for - Make-Ahead Greek Yogurt Parfait

1. Nonfat plain Greek yogurt - 4 cups
2. Granular sucralose sweetener (such as Splenda®) - 1 cup
3. Vanilla extract - 1 ½ teaspoons
4. Granola cereal - 2 cups
5. Frozen mixed fruit, no sugar added - 8 cups

How to cook deliciously - Make-Ahead Greek Yogurt Parfait

1. Stage

Combine yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Stir well.

2. Stage

Place 1 cup of frozen fruit in each of 8 plastic cups. Top each with 1/2 cup yogurt mixture. Store in the refrigerator until needed.

3. Stage

Top each cup of fruit and yogurt with 1/4 cup granola before eating.
