Ingredients for - Chakalaka

1. Oil, or as needed - 1 tablespoon
2. Onions, diced - 3 medium
3. Green bell peppers, diced - 2 medium
4. Carrots, diced - 3 medium
5. Tomatoes, diced - 3 medium
6. Thai green chiles, chopped - 2 small
7. Water - ¼ cup
8. Vegetable bouillon - 1 cube
9. Curry powder, or to taste - 1 teaspoon
10. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
11. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Chakalaka

1. Stage

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; stir in onions and bell peppers. Cook and stir until the onion has softened and turned translucent, about 5 minutes.

2. Stage

Add carrots, tomatoes, green chiles, water, bouillon cube, curry powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until mixture is well combined and thickened, 15 to 20 minutes.
