3. Chopped onions - ¼ cup
4. Egg, beaten - 1
5. Salt - 1 teaspoon
6. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
7. Beef broth - 2 cups
8. Onion, thinly sliced - 1 large
9. Sliced mushrooms - 1 cup
10. Cornstarch - 3 tablespoons
11. Water - 3 tablespoons

1. Stage

Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, egg, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl until evenly mixed. Shape beef mixture into 4 patties, about 3/4-inch thick.
