How to cook deliciously - Dessert eggplants
1. Stage
For this recipe, it is better to use small eggplants (I couldn't find any, so I took 1 medium-sized eggplant to try). Peel the eggplant, but leave the tails (I cut the eggplant lengthwise into 4 pieces). Put the peeled eggplant in salted water for 20 minutes. Then rinse the eggplants under cold water and put them in a pot of boiling water.

Cook the eggplants for 10 minutes, then remove the eggplants to a colander and let them cool.

Pour 400 ml of water into a saucepan, add the cloves and brown all-purpose sugar.

Bring the water to a boil and put the eggplants in the syrup. Cook over medium heat for 30-35 minutes. Add lemon juice and simmer for 2-3 minutes more.
