1. Rum - 2 tablespoons
2. Raisins - ½ cup
3. Water - ½ cup
4. Bread flour - 2 cups
5. Dry milk powder - 1 tablespoon
6. Brown sugar - 2 teaspoons
7. Salt - 1 teaspoon
8. Butter - 2 teaspoons
9. Heavy whipping cream - 2 tablespoons
10. Rum flavored extract - ½ teaspoon
11. Egg - 1
12. Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
13. Active dry yeast - 1 ½ teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Rum Raisin Bread

1. Stage

In a small bowl, pour rum over raisins. Let stand for 30 minutes and drain.

2. Stage

Place ingredients in pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Use the regular setting for a 1 pound loaf.

3. Stage

If your machine has a Fruit setting, add the raisins at the signal, or about 5 minutes before the kneading cycle has finished.
