1. Rum 2 tablespoons
2. Raisins ½ cup
3. Water ½ cup
4. Bread flour 2 cups
5. Dry milk powder 1 tablespoon
6. Brown sugar 2 teaspoons
7. Salt 1 teaspoon
8. Butter 2 teaspoons
9. Heavy whipping cream 2 tablespoons
10. Rum flavored extract ½ teaspoon
11. Egg 1
12. Olive oil 1 teaspoon
13. Active dry yeast 1 ½ teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Rum Raisin Bread

1 . Stage

In a small bowl, pour rum over raisins. Let stand for 30 minutes and drain.

2 . Stage

Place ingredients in pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Use the regular setting for a 1 pound loaf.

3 . Stage

If your machine has a Fruit setting, add the raisins at the signal, or about 5 minutes before the kneading cycle has finished.
