1 . Stage
In a bowl put two packs of cottage cheese and a can of condensed milk.
2 . Stage
Whip the cottage cheese and condensed milk so there are no lumps. I did this with a blender.
3 . Stage
Prepare the gelatin in the usual way. Pour a glass of cold boiled water, let it swell.
4 . Stage
After the gelatin has swollen, bring it to a hot state, i.e. until it is completely dissolved, and strain through a fine sieve. Add the cooked gelatin to the condensed curd mixture and stir.
5 . Stage
Now add the fruit compote (I have pineapples), but without the syrup.
6 . Stage
Mix the pineapples with the curd mass and pour everything into the mold. Put in the fridge to harden. It hardens quickly within an hour.
7 . Stage
Dessert is ready!
