Take cottage cheese. I have homemade - very tender, not dry.

Add washed good raisins, lots of them.

Flour 100 grams, plus or minus 50 grams (depending on the structure of the curd) and a pinch of salt.

Knead a soft dough.

I form the cheesecakes with wet hands and put them on a dry heated frying pan. I have a ceramic frying pan, Teflon will probably also work without oil. The heat is minimal.
6. Stage
I fry-bake the cheesecakes under a lid on the lowest heat for 5 minutes on each side. Then I turn off the heat and leave for another 5 minutes under the lid.
