1. Eggs 3
2. Cottage cheese 1 ½ cups
3. Quick rolled oats 1 ½ cups
4. Wheat germ (Optional) 3 tablespoons
5. Dry onion soup mix 1 (1 ounce) envelope
6. Dried thyme 1 teaspoon
7. Vegetable oil (for frying) 2 tablespoons
8. Condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 (10 ounce) can

How to cook deliciously - Vegetarian Cottage Cheese Patties

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in cottage cheese, rolled oats, wheat germ, dry onion soup mix, and dried thyme. Form into 8 patties.

3 . Stage

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place patties in oil, and brown on both sides. Place patties in a 9x13-inch baking dish.

4 . Stage

Pour condensed soup into a small bowl. Stir in 1/2 can of water (or milk) to dilute, then pour over patties.

5 . Stage

Bake in a preheated oven until soup is bubbly, about 20 minutes.
