1. Red wine - 1 ½ cups
2. Soy sauce - ½ cup
3. Zesty Italian-style salad dressing - ½ cup
4. Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
5. Ground ginger - 2 teaspoons
6. Garlic, chopped - 2 cloves
7. Oregano - 1 teaspoon
8. Skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch slices - 1 ¼ pounds

How to cook deliciously - Chicken and Wine Sauce

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Stage

Stir red wine, soy sauce, salad dressing, brown sugar, ground ginger, garlic, and oregano together in a bowl until the sugar dissolves completely. Add chicken and mix to coat. Pour into a casserole dish.

Bake in preheated oven until chicken no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 1 hour.
