How to cook deliciously - Chicken breast with lecho
1 . Stage
Prepare the groceries. It doesn't take much at all. In my hands I have a breast from a domestic broiler, weight of half 420 grams. Skin off, you can remove the skin if you don't eat it.
2 . Stage
Make incisions in the breast (not all the way through), salt it a little. I should note, I did not salt at all, cheese + lecho is enough for us. Place in a fireproof mold, pour oil on it.
3 . Stage
Place lecho in notches and around breasts, submerging 1/3, pour 100-150 ml of broth or water if necessary.
4 . Stage
Grate 2/3 of the cheese (grate coarse), put it on the breast, cover the skin.
5 . Stage
Send to the oven, bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Sprinkle a couple of times with the sauce - lecho.
6 . Stage
Then grate the remaining cheese on a fine grater and place it on the breast.
7 . Stage
Bake under the grill for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
