2. Chipotle chile-flavored olive oil - 2 tablespoons
3. Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
4. Red pepper flakes - ½ teaspoon
5. Garlic-flavored olive oil, or more as needed - 1 tablespoon
6. Sugar snap peas - 1 cup
7. Chopped onion - 1 cup
8. Chopped red bell pepper - ½ cup
9. Chopped orange bell pepper - ½ cup
10. Minced garlic - 1 tablespoon
11. White wine - ¼ cup
12. Garlic pepper seasoning - 1 teaspoon
13. Ground ginger - ½ teaspoon
14. Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
15. Water, or as needed - 1 tablespoon
16. Sliced fresh mushrooms - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Chicken Thigh Meat Stir-Fry

1. Stage

Mix chicken, chipotle-flavored olive oil, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes together in a bowl.

Heat garlic-flavored olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat; cook and stir snap peas, onion, bell peppers, and garlic until partially tender, about 5 minutes. Add white wine, garlic pepper seasoning, and ground ginger to vegetable mixture; cook and stir until chicken is almost cooked through, about 5 minutes.

Whisk cornstarch and water together in a small bowl until dissolved.
