1. 1 medium peach, peeled and chopped -
2. 1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and cubed -
3. 1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper -
4. 3 tablespoons finely chopped red onion -
5. 1 tablespoon minced fresh basil -
6. 1 tablespoon lime juice -
7. 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce -
8. 1/2 teaspoon grated lime zest -
9. 3/4 teaspoon salt, divided -
10. 1/2 teaspoon pepper, divided -
11. 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each) -

How to cook deliciously - Chicken with Peach-Avocado Salsa

1. Stage

For salsa, in a small bowl, combine peach, avocado, red pepper, onion, basil, lime juice, hot pepper sauce, lime zest, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.

2. Stage

Sprinkle chicken with remaining 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. On a lightly greased grill rack, grill chicken, covered, over medium heat 5 minutes. Turn; grill until a thermometer reads 165°, 7-9 minutes longer. Serve with salsa.
