1. Soy sauce ½ cup
2. Seasoned rice vinegar 1 tablespoon
3. Finely chopped Chinese chives 1 tablespoon
4. Sesame seeds 1 tablespoon
5. Chile-garlic sauce (such as Sriracha®) 1 teaspoon
6. Ground pork 1 pound
7. Garlic, minced 3 cloves
8. Egg, beaten 1 large
9. Finely chopped Chinese chives 2 tablespoons
10. Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
11. Sesame oil 1 ½ tablespoons
12. Minced fresh ginger 1 tablespoon
13. Dumpling wrappers 50
14. Vegetable oil for frying, or as needed ½ cup

1 . Stage

Prepare dumplings: Mix pork, garlic, egg, chives, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger in a large bowl until thoroughly combined. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios

Place a dumpling wrapper on a lightly floured work surface and spoon about 1 tablespoon of the filling in the middle. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios

Heat 1 to 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place 8 to 10 dumplings in the pan and cook until browned, about 2 minutes per side. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios
