4. 2 tablespoons 2% milk -
5. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract -
6. 1 cup all-purpose flour -
7. 6 tablespoons baking cocoa -
8. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda -
9. 1/4 teaspoon salt -
10. 1 cup semisweet chocolate chunks -
11. 1/2 cup dried cherries -

How to cook deliciously - Chocolate Cherry Cookies

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cream the butter and sugar for five to seven minutes until the mixture is light and fluffy. Beat in the egg, then the milk and then the vanilla extract. Whisk together the flour, baking cocoa, baking soda and salt in another bowl. Gradually add the dry mix to the liquid mix to form the batter. Mix in the chocolate chunks and dried cherries.

2. Stage

Coat baking sheets lightly with cooking spray. Scoop out rounded tablespoons of batter and drop them on the baking sheets, leaving 2 inches between each cookie. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until the cookies are firm. Let them cool for 1 minute and then move them to a wire rack to cool down completely.
