2. Unsweetened cocoa powder - ¼ cup
3. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
4. Evaporated milk - 1 (5 ounce) can
5. Shortening - ½ cup

1. Stage

In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa and salt. Add milk and shortening. Cook over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool before spreading on cake.
