1. Cooked RiceSelect® Texmati® Brown Rice ½ cup
2. Skim milk ⅔ cup
3. Unsweetened applesauce 2 tablespoons
4. Egg, slightly beaten 1
5. Coconut oil, melted ½ tablespoon
6. Vanilla 1 teaspoon
7. Rice flour ½ cup
8. Coconut flour 2 tablespoons
9. Stevia powder or sweetener of choice 1 tablespoon
10. Powdered milk 2 tablespoons
11. Baking powder 1 teaspoon
12. Baking soda ½ teaspoon
13. Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
14. Butter, softened ½ cup
15. Dark brown sugar ¼ cup
16. Ground cinnamon ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Cinnamon Applesauce Pancakes from RiceSelect®

1 . Stage

Combine cooked rice, milk, applesauce, egg, coconut oil, and vanilla in a medium-sized bowl. Whisk until well combined.

2 . Stage

Combine remaining pancake ingredients and stir into the brown rice mixture until well blended.

3 . Stage

Heat a large nonstick skillet (sprayed with vegetable spray) over medium heat. Pour batter into skillet, about 1/4 cup per pancake.

4 . Stage

Flip after 2-3 minutes or when edges start to turn golden and bubbles begin to appear on surface.

5 . Stage

Cook another 1-2 minutes on second side until golden.

6 . Stage

Top pancakes with butter mixture and cooked apples, if desired.
