4. Salt 1 teaspoon
5. Packed brown sugar 2 cups
6. Butter, softened 1 cup
7. Eggs 2 large
8. Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons
9. Sweetened condensed milk 1 (14 ounce) can
10. Semisweet chocolate chips 1 ½ cups
11. Butter 2 tablespoons
12. Salt ½ teaspoon
13. Chopped walnuts ½ cup
14. Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Chocolate Revel Bars

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

Make the oatmeal batter: Combine oats, flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.

Beat brown sugar and butter with an electric mixer in a large bowl until fluffy. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture until combined.
