Ingredients for - Rolled White Cookies

1. Butter 1 cup
2. White sugar 1 cup
3. Eggs 2
4. Milk 4 tablespoons
5. Lemon extract 1 teaspoon
6. All-purpose flour 3 cups
7. Cream of tartar 2 teaspoons
8. Baking soda 1 teaspoon
9. White sugar 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Rolled White Cookies

1 . Stage

Cream together 1 cup white sugar and butter. Beat in the eggs, milk and flavoring. Sift flour, cream of tartar and baking soda. Stir into butter mixture.

2 . Stage

Chill for a short time, until firm.

3 . Stage

Roll out on lightly floured board and cut with your favorite cookie cutters. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon white sugar. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 8 - 10 minutes.
