1. 1 bone-in turkey breast (5 to 6 pounds) -
2. 1 can (14 ounces) whole-berry cranberry sauce -
3. 1/4 cup orange juice -
4. 1 envelope onion soup mix -
5. 1/4 teaspoon salt -
6. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -
7. 3 to 4 teaspoons cornstarch -
8. 1 tablespoon water -

How to cook deliciously - Cranberry Turkey Breast with Gravy

1. Stage

Place turkey in a 5-qt. slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, orange juice, onion soup mix, salt and pepper; pour over turkey. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until tender.

2. Stage

Remove turkey to a serving platter; keep warm. Skim fat from cooking juices; transfer to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Combine cornstarch and water until smooth. Gradually stir into the pan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve with turkey.
