Ingredients for - Sweet rolls

1. Milk - 1 Art.
2. Chocolate - 90 gram
3. Chicken egg - 3 PC.
4. Soda - 1/2 Tsp
5. Sugar - 1/2 Art.
6. Vegetable oil - 5 tbsp
7. Cocoa - 1 tbsp
8. Flour - 50 gram
9. Salt - pinch
10. Canned Peaches - 4 PC.
Filling
1. Cream 10% 200 Ml
2. Bold curd 200 gram
3. Powdered sugar 100 gram

How to cook deliciously - Sweet rolls

1. Stage

For the test, separate the proteins and yolks. Beat the whites separately until peaks, adding a pinch of salt, put in the refrigerator.

2. Stage

Beat the yolks with white sugar. Pour in oil. Soda off and add to the dough. Bring the milk to a boil and, removing it from the stove, dissolve the chocolate in it.

Mix flour with cocoa. Add so much flour that the dough was the consistency of thin sour cream. Add flour and chocolate mixture to the yolks. At the end of mixing, gently introduce the proteins. Bake pancakes from the resulting dough in a pre-calcined pan. Grease the finished pancakes with curd filling.

Beat cream, then add cottage cheese and powdered sugar to them (add if necessary), and beat again with a mixer. You can grease pancakes with curd mass. Cut the peach into slices, put near the edge and roll the pancake into a roll. Trim the edges. Cut the rolls into small pieces.

5. Stage

Melt chocolate with vegetable oil. First, dip one side in chocolate icing, then the other side, then the bottom and lay on a plate. Allow them to freeze in the refrigerator.
