1. 1 package (12 ounces) vanilla wafers, finely crushed -
2. 1 cup confectioners' sugar -
3. 2 tablespoons baking cocoa -
4. 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut -
5. 1 cup chopped pecans -
6. 1/2 cup light corn syrup -
7. 1/4 cup coconut rum -
8. Additional confectioners' sugar -

How to cook deliciously - Coconut Rum Balls

1. Stage

Whisk crushed wafers, confectioners' sugar and cocoa. Stir in coconut and pecans. In a separate bowl, whisk corn syrup and rum; stir into wafer mixture. Shape into 1-in. balls; let stand 1 hour.

2. Stage

Roll in additional confectioners' sugar. Store in an airtight container.
