3. 2 packages (3 ounces each) cherry gelatin -

How to cook deliciously - Coke Salad

1. Stage

Drain the crushed pineapple, reserving the juice in a small saucepan. Set the pineapple aside for later. Add water to the reserved pineapple juice and bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.

Once boiling, remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the cherry gelatin until completely dissolved. Add the cherry pie filling and cola to the gelatin mixture, stirring until well combined.

3. Stage

Pour the gelatin mixture into a serving bowl and refrigerate it until it thickens slightly, about 30 to 45 minutes. Once thickened, gently fold in the reserved crushed pineapple until it is evenly distributed. Return the bowl to the refrigerator for at least two to three hours and chill the salad until it is firm. Serve.
