1. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
2. Sliced fresh mushrooms 2 (16 ounce) packages
3. Garlic cloves, pressed 2
4. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste 2
5. Dry white wine 1 splash
6. Chopped fresh dill 2 tablespoons
7. Chopped fresh parsley 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Cooked Mushroom Salad

1 . Stage

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir mushrooms in hot oil until soft and juices have reduced, 5 to 10 minutes.

2 . Stage

Stir garlic into mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2 minutes. Add white wine and cook for 1 minute. Stir in dill and parsley.
