1. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Sliced fresh mushrooms - 2 (16 ounce) packages
3. Garlic cloves, pressed - 2
4. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste - 2
5. Dry white wine - 1 splash
6. Chopped fresh dill - 2 tablespoons
7. Chopped fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Cooked Mushroom Salad

1. Stage

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir mushrooms in hot oil until soft and juices have reduced, 5 to 10 minutes.

Stir garlic into mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2 minutes. Add white wine and cook for 1 minute. Stir in dill and parsley.
