Ingredients for - Potato Chicken Stew

1. Cooked, cubed chicken breast meat - 4 cups
2. Sliced fresh mushrooms - ⅔ cup
3. Chopped onion, sauteed in butter - 1 cup
4. Chopped carrots - 1 ½ cups
5. Chicken stock - 6 cups
6. Dried sage - 1 teaspoon
7. Dried basil leaves - 1 teaspoon
8. Garlic salt - 1 teaspoon
9. Dried parsley - 1 teaspoon
10. Frozen mixed vegetables, thawed - 1 (10 ounce) package
11. Cooked, diced red potatoes - 3 cups
12. Chopped celery - ½ cup
13. All-purpose flour - ⅛ cup

How to cook deliciously - Potato Chicken Stew

1. Stage

Combine chicken, mushrooms, onion, carrots and stock in a large saucepan over medium heat. Simmer until carrots are tender, about 10 minutes.

2. Stage

Stir in sage, basil, garlic salt, parsley, mixed vegetables, potatoes and celery and cook until heated through. Stir in flour to thicken sauce, then serve. William Denny
