6. Grated lemon rind - 1 tablespoon
7. Baking powder - 1 ¼ teaspoons
8. Baking soda - ½ teaspoon
9. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
10. Milk - 1 cup
11. Honey - ¼ cup
12. Canola oil - ¼ cup
13. Egg - 1
14. Vanilla extract - ¾ teaspoon
15. White sugar, or as needed (Optional) - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Cornmeal Millet Poppy Seed Muffins

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Spread millet on a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven, stirring often, until toasted and fragrant, about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool, about 5 minutes.
