1. Dry onion soup mix 1 (1 ounce) envelope
2. Beef chuck roast 1 (3 pound)
3. Jellied cranberry sauce 1 (16 ounce) can
4. Butter 2 tablespoons
5. All-purpose flour 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Cranberry Roast

1 . Stage

Place onion soup mix in the bottom of a slow cooker. Place roast in the slow cooker and top with cranberry sauce.

2 . Stage

Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours.

3 . Stage

Remove roast from the slow cooker and set aside. Adjust the slow cooker to High.

4 . Stage

Whisk together butter and flour in a bowl; slowly mix into liquid remaining in the slow cooker to create a thick gravy. Serve with roast.
