2. Milk - 1 cup
3. Unsalted butter, melted - 6 tablespoons
4. Packed dark brown sugar - ¼ cup
5. Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon
6. All-purpose flour - 2 cups
7. Baking powder - 1 tablespoon
8. Salt - 1 teaspoon
9. Egg whites - 6 large
10. Maple syrup - 3 cups
11. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Sweet Potato Waffles with Cinnamon Maple Syrup

1. Stage

Combine sweet potatoes, milk, butter, brown sugar, and vanilla in a food processor; pulse until well combined and smooth.

Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl. Stir in sweet potato mixture.

Preheat and grease a waffle maker.

Beat egg whites in a stand mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Fold into the waffle batter, 2 cups at a time, until well incorporated.
