3. Sliced fresh mushrooms 3 ½ ounces
4. Garlic, minced 1 clove
5. All-purpose flour 2 tablespoons
6. Half-and-half ¾ cup
7. Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
8. Salt ¼ teaspoon
9. Ground black pepper 1 pinch
10. Chicken broth 6 cups
11. Fresh green beans, trimmed and snapped 8 ounces
12. French-fried onions ⅓ cup

How to cook deliciously - Fresh Green Bean Casserole

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a small casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and cook until tender, about 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to create a smooth paste. Slowly add half-and-half and continue to stir to prevent any lumps. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper; stir to combine. Taste mushroom gravy and adjust seasoning to your liking.
