1. Ground beef 1 pound
2. Yellow onion, chopped ½
3. Refried beans 1 (14 ounce) can
4. Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1 cup
5. Taco seasoning 1 (1 ounce) package
6. Flour tortillas 6 (9 inch)
7. Condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 (10.75 ounce) can
8. Sour cream 8 ounces
9. Salsa, or to taste (Optional) ½ cup
10. Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1 ½ cups

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat until the beef is completely browned, 7 to 10 minutes. Drain excess grease from the skillet.

Stir refried beans, 1 cup Cheddar cheese, and taco seasoning into the drained ground beef mixture.
