Ingredients for - Cream of Wheat® Edible Cookie Dough

1. Light brown sugar - ⅔ cup
2. Peanut butter, crunchy - ½ cup
3. Unsalted butter, softened - ⅓ cup
4. Medium-sized bananas, mashed - 2
5. Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract - 1 teaspoon
6. Original Cream of Wheat® cereal - 1 ¼ cups
7. Flour (heat treated) - ½ cup
8. Chocolate chips - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Cream of Wheat® Edible Cookie Dough

1. Stage

Place sugar, peanut butter, butter, mashed bananas, and vanilla in large bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment, or mix by hand using a spoon. Beat on medium speed until mixture is well blended.

2. Stage

Add uncooked cereal and flour; beat until dough stiffens. Fold in chocolate chips.
