1. Butter - 4 tablespoons
2. All-purpose flour - 4 tablespoons
3. Milk - 1 ½ cups
4. Frozen peas and onions, thawed - 1 (16 ounce) package
5. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 (16 ounce) package

How to cook deliciously - Creamed Peas and Onions

1. Stage

Melt butter in a large skillet over low heat. Stir in flour and cook until evenly coated.

2. Stage

Increase the heat to medium, and slowly stir in milk, 1/2 cup at a time. Cook until thick.

Add the peas and onions and cook until hot. Season with salt and pepper.
