Ingredients for - Coconut Lime Rice

1. Basmati rice - 1 cup
2. Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
3. Butter - 1 teaspoon
4. Flaked coconut - ¼ cup
5. Lime, zested and juiced - 1
6. Coconut milk - 1 cup
7. Chicken broth - 1 cup
8. Salt to taste - 1 cup
9. Ground black pepper to taste - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Coconut Lime Rice

1. Stage

Rinse rice until the water runs clear; drain.

2. Stage

Heat coconut oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add rice and coconut flakes; cook and stir for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in lime juice, then add coconut milk, chicken broth, lime zest, and salt. Bring to a low boil.

Reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from the heat and keep covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and season with pepper before serving.
