4. White sugar 2 cups
5. Flaked coconut 1 cup
6. All-purpose flour ¼ cup
7. Eggs 4 large
8. Lemons, zested and juiced 2 medium
9. Baking powder ¼ teaspoon
10. Powdered sugar, or to taste 2 tablespoons

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.

Combine flour, butter, and powdered sugar for crust in a food processor; pulse until fine crumbles form. Press into the prepared pan.

Bake crust in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
