1. White sugar - 1 ½ cups
2. Vegetable oil - ½ cup
3. Eggs - 2 large
4. Sifted all-purpose flour - 1 ¾ cups
5. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
6. Ground cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
7. Ground nutmeg - ½ teaspoon
8. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
9. Water - ⅓ cup
10. Cooked and mashed sweet potatoes - 1 cup
11. Chopped pecans - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Sweet Potato Bread

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

Combine sugar and oil in a large bowl; beat well. Add eggs and beat until well combined. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a separate bowl. Stir flour mixture into egg mixture alternately with water. Stir in sweet potatoes and chopped nuts. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
