4. 1 medium onion, chopped -
5. 1 jar (6 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained -
6. 1 envelope onion soup mix -
7. 1/2 teaspoon pepper -
8. 1 cup sour cream -
9. Hot cooked noodles -

1. Stage
