2. Butter - ½ cup
3. Goat cheese - 8 ounces
4. Chopped fresh dill - 3 tablespoons
5. Chopped fresh chives - 3 tablespoons
6. Milk - ½ cup

1. Stage

Place the potatoes into a large pot and fill with enough lightly salted water to cover. Bring to a boil, and cook until tender enough to easily pierce with a fork, about 10 minutes.
