1. Beef tenderloin - 2 ½ pounds
2. Butter, softened, divided - 4 tablespoons

5. Sliced fresh mushrooms - ½ cup
6. Liver pate - 2 ounces
7. Salt and pepper to taste - 2 ounces
8. Frozen puff pastry, thawed - 1 (17.5 ounce) package
9. Egg yolk, beaten - 1 large
10. Beef broth - 1 (10.5 ounce) can
11. Red wine - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Beef Wellington

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
