How to cook deliciously - Croissants with apple filling
1. Stage
Peel the apples. Cut one apple into small cubes. Melt 30g butter in a pan, add the sliced apples, 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Stir to mix. Cook over a medium heat, stirring, for 7 to 10 minutes.
2. Stage
Cut the second apple into large pieces. In a small saucepan put 20 g butter, 2 tbsp water, 1 tbsp sugar and the sliced apple. Braise until the apple is soft, leaving very little liquid in the bottom of the pan. Puree in a blender.

Combine both apple fillings into one.

Roll out the dough into a 0.5 cm thick rectangle.

Cut into triangles.

Place a little filling on each triangle. Roll up to form a croissant.

Let the croissants rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Brush with egg, bake in a preheated 220 degrees oven for about 20-25 minutes - until browned.

Sprinkle the finished croissants with powdered sugar, if desired.
