2. Cubed whole wheat bread - 6 cups
3. Fat free half-and-half - 2 cups
4. Pumpkin Puree - 1 (15 ounce) can
5. White sugar - 1 ½ cups
6. Eggs, lightly beaten - 3
7. Raisins - ½ cup
8. Chopped pecans - ½ cup
9. Butter, melted - 3 tablespoons
10. Pumpkin pie spice - 2 teaspoons
11. Grated orange zest - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Easy Pumpkin Bread Pudding

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 7x11-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Place bread cubes in the greased baking dish. Pour half-and-half on top.

Mix pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, raisins, pecans, butter, pumpkin pie spice, and orange zest together in a large bowl. Pour over the bread.
