Ingredients for - Evacuation Tuna & Pasta Salad

1. Rotelle pasta - 3 cups
2. Hard-cooked eggs, chopped - 3
3. Tuna, drained and flaked - 1 (12 ounce) can
4. Shredded Cheddar cheese - ¾ cup
5. Chopped celery - ¾ cup
6. Finely chopped onion - ¼ cup
7. Roasted red peppers, drained and chopped - ½ cup
8. Lima beans, drained - 1 (8 ounce) can
9. Mayonnaise - ¾ cup
10. Lemon, juiced - ½
11. Paprika - ½ teaspoon
12. Salt to taste - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Evacuation Tuna & Pasta Salad

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and cool.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, combine pasta, eggs, tuna Cheddar cheese, celery, onion, roasted red pepper, and lima beans. Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, and paprika. Season with salt. Pour dressing over pasta mixture, and mix together.
